Ladies Only Training If you don���t like the testosterone induced competitive environment of training with a bunch of guys, All of our training is offered to Ladies-Only groups.
Individualized or Private Training If time is of the essence, or you don���t like groups, private or small group training can be arranged. We will assess your current skill level, diagnose and prescribe corrective actions when required, and personally adjust your training to accomplish your specific objectives. We can often accomplish two to three times more per training hour in individual lessons.
